Meet the owner of Antique Cottage & Garden

Lynni Miller began her dream of making a difference in the world with beauty by starting a project in the City of Shasta Lake, California in 1996.  With community effort and tools from a Leadership course from Landmark Worldwide, many neglected and very visual areas in the City were transformed from weeds to beautiful gardens.

Her passion to add beauty grew as she became the owner of the business Antique Cottage & Garden, where she discovered the satisfaction of creating inspiration with home decor as well as gardening.  Now, a destination oasis for travelers and locals with it’s location on busy Interstate 5, the “Cottage” features an eclectic mix of antiques, vintage and new French-inspired, shabby chic, industrial and romantic – style items presented in a way that delights all the senses.

Honored to be one of the first to hear about the idea of creating Roses and Rust Vintage Home & Garden Market from Bonnie, Lynni jumped at the chance to be part of an event that would impact the Redding, California area with even more beauty, inspiration and fun!  She has taken on several duties in the production of the Market including marketing, obtaining new vendors, blog posts, and her favorite job…nurturing the vendors.  She says “It’s amazing what gets created when there are so many talented, inventive people collaborating to bring new fresh ways of celebrating old stuff!”
