Decorating with windows, doors and shutters

These screen doors flanking a window with a salvaged architectural piece on top make a colorful and eye-catching vignette. And because they are not permanently afixed can be re-arranged for countless different display options. (below left)

A pair of arched doors. One side painted green, which goes great in the window and our painted trim, and the other side is stripped wood. Headboard, behind a couch, or used as doors, these are a stunning addition to vintage style decor!

 

We found this treasure in Oregon in April. A lovely antique French arched window with 4 working shutters.
